At 5 p.m., Zuzuka Poderosa is the human baile funk boombox; at 7 p.m., jazz aficionado and electronic-rock guru TECLA creates original pop perfection; at 9 p.m., M.I.A. and GHE20GOTH1K collaborator Venus X crosses global styles from Spanish salsa to Turkish techno. Artist Niky Roehreke creates live animation.
