The Made in NY Media Center by IFP and Squarespace present “You’re in Good Company,” a monthly speaker series giving startups and entrepreneurs a peek behind the business strategies of a curated selection of successful Squarespace customers.
In June, we’ll hear from concert discovery app Bandsintown, and their Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer Fabrice Sergent. How does Bandsintown’s platform connect the artists, concert goers and music companies and where did it all start?
With over 15 million registered concert-goers, a global audience of 120 million music fans and over 250K touring artists connected to the Bandsintown community, they are one of the most powerful solutions for brands and promoters to reach music fans around the world on a scalable basis. Their mission is to enrich people’s lives by connecting fans with artists they love – before, during and after the event. A lifelong entrepreneur, Fabrice Sergent is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bandsintown Group, a digital media company powered by music. He is amedia and Internet entrepreneur with 20 years of experience, based in the company’s New York headquarters.
Previously, Fabrice served as the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Club-Internet, a company he founded in 1995 with the support of Lagardère.
