SASS Presents: The History of Really Big Things

The Society for the Advancement of Social Studies (SASS!) is proud to present a series of free lectures designed to both entertain and enlighten. The 2nd Tuesday of each month we meet at a bar to discuss historical topics that you probably knew at one point but don’t remember anymore. Kate Pilgrim DJs and we imbibe themed drink specials.

Your waistline won’t the be the only really big thing this holiday season, because this month at SASS our speakers taking on some gargantuan topics: The History of Skyscrapers, Walls that are Large and in Charge, and Dreaming Big: Utopian Communities in America.
