Pierogies the Ukrainian Dumpling

Dumplings, the ultimate comfort food to tuck into on a cold winter’s night. Join me on Valentine’s Day to learn to make vareniki (Ukrainian pierogies) and two luxurious toppings to go with them. In this class, you’ll learn how to make savory vareniki filled with potato and onion, as well as sweet ones filled with sour cherries. I’ll also demonstrate how to make onion confit and sour-cherry compote to complement your delightful dumplings. We’ll conclude class by sitting down to a cozy dumpling dinner along with wine and tea with dessert.
