SHA.islike)

SHA.islike) views music through the same lens he chooses to base his philosophy on life with: Every moment is a chance to create, whether it be as small as the words you speak or as massive as the talents you use. Originating from Fort Greene Brooklyn, the wordsmith was enamored with the arts from a young age, taking up several dance classes and nurturing a growing fondness for expressing himself through visual mediums. At the age of eleven, he discovered freestyling after trying to impress some girls by rapping to an instrumental coming out of a car window. SHA.islike uses clever lyricism with a raw, sometimes aggressive edge to convey his story. With his music he hopes to give listeners a peek into the emotions and thoughts of a creative, as well as paint his ultimate masterpiece:

Lisa Marie Basile

Lisa Marie is a NYC-based poet, editor, and writer. She’s the founding editor-in-chief and creative director of Luna Luna Magazine, and her essays and interviews have appeared in Hello Giggles, Bustle, Bust, The Gloss, xoJane & more.

She currently works for Hearst Digital Media, where she edits personal essays for brands like Cosmo, Elle, Marie Claire, Good Housekeeping, Country Living, Town & Country and Dr. Oz, among others.

Chris Campanioni

Chris Campanioni likes sweating, making mixtapes, and the Eighties, at least according to his Facebook. His “Billboards” poem that responded to Latino stereotypes and mutable—and often muted—identity in the fashion world was awarded the 2013 Academy of American Poets Prize and his novel Going Down was selected as Best First Book at the 2014 International Latino Book Awards. He edits PANK and lives in Brooklyn, where he wrote his Death of Art, from C&R Press.

Ronna Lebo

Ronna Lebo is a painter and co-founder of Reservoir Art Space, located in Ridgewood, Queens. Resevoir houses eleven artists working in private studios and we curate small shows/projects in our experimental space.
She is also a co-founder and editor of Black Square Editions, a not-for-profit small press for poetry and visual arts. She has sat on the Curatoral Board for Momenta Art Gallery, Ronna’s work in poetry, publishing and painting has been published and profiled in The New York Times, Hyperallergic, Greenpointers, Bushwick Daily and more.
