This event is limited to 24 attendees.

Van Brunt Stillhouse
Three groups, each containing 8 attendees, will tour the participating facilities on Red Hook Day separately before all coming together for the final BBQ. The first event will take place at the Red Hook Ball Fields at 12:30pm – exact schedules will be provided closer to the event. Maps of Red Hook will be emailed to all attendees.
Your ticket to Red Hook Day will include:
-A private curation and Q&A with the executive director of the Red Hook Food Vendors Marketplace. The Red Hook Food Vendors, operating since 1974, are regarded as the best Latin American food trucks in NYC.
-A private talk, tour, and Q&A at Flickinger Glassworks, a company at the forefront of the bent and curved-glass industry. Fun Fact: one of their glassworks is the curved clock on top of the central kiosk in Grand Central Terminal.
-A private talk, kitchen tour, Q&A, and brownie tasting at Baked, a classic American Bakery.
-A private tour and tasting at Van Brunt Stillhouse, an artisanal distillery producing Rum Whiskey and Grappa.
-A catered BBQ on the back patio of Fairway overlooking the water, which includes BBQ chicken, hotdogs, hamburgers, corn-on-the-cob, potato salad, coleslaw, watermelon, and soft drinks — unfortunately, they don’t allow alcoholic beverages :(
