Greenpoint Beer & Ale/Dirck the Norseman is proud to Partner with Acme Smoked Fish for “Lox of Beer” brunch. On Sunday, December 6th, from 1-4pm join us for a culinary adventure never before experienced!
For $30, Brunch-goers can enjoy selected brews that highlight precisely smoked and cured fish.
Greenpoint Beer and Ale is located at 7 North 15th street Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
Cold smoked salmon & Snuggles Snuggles Dark Lager:
Silky textured cold smoked salmon exhibits prickly smoke points, and moderate fish oil to match cedar spice, and an earthy melanoidin malt to conjure connections of cedar plank salmon.
Whitefish Salad paired with Acidifus Jelly:
Flaky smoked whitefish melds with creamy dressing to create a sumptuous treat. Acidifus Jelly contrasts and cuts the salad with sour, over-ripe grape flavor, bready malt, and crisp acidity.
Dill Pickled Herring paired with Grisette:
The finest wild caught herring is pickled with dill to produce a plump, tangy, sweet herbal cold water treat that is complemented by the bright, earthy, floral hop character of the Hainaut regional-style beer.
Smoked Fish Dip paired with Helles Gate:
The sweet and spicy combo of Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Whitefish, and Whiting is elevated by our smoked Helles lager.
Keta Candy paired with Kentucky Common aged in Van Brunt Whiskey Barrels:
An umami reverberation. Sweet and sour, caramelized sugar, and savory fermentation escalate umami frequency.
