Learning to Breath with Children

Does your child struggle to calm down before bedtime, or do they have difficulty mustering the energy to get up? Run by Child and Family Therapist and Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor, Michelle Paget, this workshop will introduce breathing techniques that you can incorporate into your family’s routine. Learning to manage our
breath is a beneficial tool that we can use to control how we feel- whether we need to calm down, feel balanced or increase our energy level. Michelle will provide fun and applicable strategies to help learn how to breathe with your children. Please come ready for some experiential learning!
