Learn to juggle for fitness! What?

Yes, it’s true – juggling burns calories, works your core and even exercises your brain.
Plus it’s super fun!

You’ll learn in an easy step-by-step way, and dropping the ball is always okay. And it gives you a chance to add in some squats!

All equipment will be provided.

We’ll meet in Brooklyn Bridge Park Pier 1 (we’ll notify you of the exact location).
