WHAT A JOKE is a comedy fundraiser taking place inauguration weekend in 33 US cities and Oxford, England. Proceeds from the festival are going to The American Civil Liberties Union, because our new president has repeatedly threatened our human rights. The WHAT A JOKE benefit festival was created by Brooklyn comedians Jenn Welch (New York Comedy Fest) and Emily Winter (TV Land, Fusion TV). There are 3 shows in New York:

January 19 at The Stand Comedy Club in Gramercy at 8 PM

January 20 at The Annoyance Theatre in Williamsburg, BK at 8 PM

and January 21 at Rough Trade in Williamsburg, BK at 8 PM

NYC performers include Janeane Garofalo (Wet Hot American Summer) Laurie Kilmartin (Last Comic Standing), Dave Hill (Inside Amy Schumer), Jo Firestone (The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon), Langston Kerman (Comedy Central) and more.

FOR TICKETS please visit WhatAJokeFest.com, and thank you for supporting this (inter)national effort, and The ACLU.
