Human Impacts Institute’s Community Water Pollution Prevention Volunteer Day!

Did you know we dump 27 billion gallons of raw sewage and polluted stormwater into our Harbor every year? Help stop illegal dumping and reduce water pollution at the Human Impacts Institute’s Community Water Pollution Prevention Volunteer Day! Join the Human Impacts Institute and our partners on Saturday, April 26th from 2:00pm-5:00pm to help install three hundred “No Dumping, Leads to Waterways” Storm Drain Plaques along the North Brooklyn Waterfront and to give our community an Earth Week spring cleaning! All supplies will be provided. Registration is recommended.
