House Made Cheese Supper Club: Spring Edition

Bring on Spring! The time has come to celebrate this bountiful, green, and vibrant season. Each one of my fresh, house made cheeses will be paired with Spring’s farmers market offerings. This four course culinary journey will provide you with an education on the Northeast region’s seasonal fare and how to best enjoy fresh cheese, food, and wine. We’ll explore the method behind fresh cheese making, and you’ll come away with a few simple cheese making recipes that you can easily replicate at home. The evening will be accompanied by the excellent live musical sounds of Dragonwell, a local jazz duo. Come gather round a communal table and get ready for some cheesy inspiration!
