High Voltage, a health and wellness guru, will be speaking and signing copies of her new book, Sugar Savvy Solution. The book provides a revolutionary program for dropping stubborn pounds, crushing sugar cravings, and adding energy to live a Sugar Savvy lifestyle. High Voltage will offer tastings of a healthy soup using a recipe from her book, lead a light but invigorating fitness routine, encourage participants to take the 10-day Sugar Savvy Pledge, and end with the book signing and questions.
