Tilyou, founder of Coney Island’s Steeplechase; William Augustus Spencer who “bravely met death at sea in the Titanic disaster”; and the creator of Morse Code and an accomplished portrait artist, Samuel F.B. Morse. Visitors will also hear the tragic story of 17-year-old Charlotte Canda and visit her magnificent memorial; and more.
