Gluten Free Thanksgiving Cooking Class

Court Tree Collective presents Sides and Sweets a gluten free Thanksgiving with chef Emily Costa. Come celebrate this famous foodie holiday and learn how to create gluten free foods for Thanksgiving. This will be a hands on demo and tasting so come hungry and ready to learn!
All items on the menu are gluten free and vegetarian!

Emily has been studying gluten free cooking for the past 12 years ever since her sister was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. At the time, gluten free products were not as readily available as they are today, therefore Emily was determined to ensure that all of the household meals were able to be enjoyed by the whole family! Coming from an Italian heritage, meeting the gluten free demands was quite a challenge, but seeing her sister be able to enjoy all of the foods she loves without suffering physically was worth the challenge!
Today, Emily regularly hosts pop up dinner parties and educational food events that focus on using fresh, simple ingredients that are rich in flavor. Emily believes that bringing people around a dinner table where they can enjoy delicious food and good company is the best way to meet new friends and reconnect with old ones!
