Fodder NYC is a provocative pop-up restaurant that challenges eaters to eat what their meat eats, and eat it communally. Where feed and food come together. Know your meat. You are what you eat eats, no?
This debut meal will feature a four-course meal revealing the diet of a pasture raised Angus beef from young calf to adult steer. While slight modifications will be made to ensure deliciousness, the carefully curated dishes are based on ingredients in the cattle’s feed (i.e. milk, grasses, corn, etc). The beef is sourced from Wrighteous Organic Farms in Schoharie, NY via Dickson’s Farmstand Meats in Chelsea Market.
Fodder NYC is the brainchild of Designer Misha Volf and Chef Aimee Hunter. Tickets are $50 and includes complimentary wine.
