Fitness for Cyclists

Join us for a 5 week fitness curriculum designed for wanna be cyclists and cyclists at any level. This series begins with an indoor group ride to measure our output and review form. The next 3 weeks we will participate in fitness exercises specifically designed to strengthen our core, glutes and build endurance. The workshop concludes with the same group ride we completed week one to record improvements over the course the series.
Non competitive vibe, group support, positive attitude, laughing out loud and fun-times will occur!
