Drunk Science is an event hosted by comedians Joanna Rothkopf (Writer at Jezebel), Shannon Odell (neuroscience PhD student at Weill Cornell) and Jordan Mendoza (once was pre-med). In each show, three intoxicated comedians compete to present the best scientific dissertation to a panel of real scientists.

guest scientist: Dr. Brian Zeglis
Brian Zeglis is an assistant professor of chemistry at Hunter College. The Zeglis Lab is focused on the synthesis, development, and validation of diagnostic, theranostic, and therapeutic agents for disease, particularly cancer. He is particularly interested in working at the intersection of molecular design, bioorthogonal chemistry, and radiochemistry. His lab is currently working toward the creation of novel strategies for the site-specific labeling of immunoglobulins as well as the development of pretargeted methodologies for PET imaging and radioimmunotherapy.
