Chocolate is the next craft beer or specialty coffee, and food writer Megan Giller wants to show you why. In honor of Mother’s Day, she’s hosting this special tasting at West Elm: Try several small-batch chocolate bars from her favorite bean-to-bar makers in the world, and she’ll tell you the bizarre and hilarious stories behind these bars as well as how chocolate is made and why bean to bar is so special. Sip cacao tea as you chat, and take home the recipe, a sneak peek from Megan’s book, Bean-to-Bar Chocolate: America’s Craft Chocolate Revolution, coming out from Storey Publishing in September.
