Author Sarah Zorn presents Brooklyn Chef’s Table: Extraordinary Recipes from Coney Island to Brooklyn Heights

Sarah Zorn is the food editor for Brooklyn Magazine and The L Magazine, associate editor at RestaurantGirl.com, and food critic for Brooklyn Industry magazine. In Brooklyn Chef’s Table she tells the stories of the members of Brooklyn’s restaurant community, both natives and immigrants, plus recipes for the home cook from over 50 of the borough’s most celebrated eateries and tons of full-color photos featuring mouth-watering dishes, famous chefs, and lots of local flavor. Sarah gathers chefs featured in the book for a group book signing and sampling of dishes from great Brooklyn restaurants: Erin and Agatha from Ovenly serve Hazelnut cookies, Dave from Arancini Bros. offers arancini, Todd from Anella brings homemade burrata cheese with tomato jam and basil salt, and Matt from Fletcher’s provides BBQ chicken with Brooklyn white sauce!
