Most people have preconceived notions about wines. This class is designed to help you get a better idea about the wines you really like. For examples, what is the first thing you think about when tasting a Riesling? What are your senses really telling you? You may be surprised to learn the answer. This class is a conversation about wine. Students will discuss wine in ways they have not done before. We will use tangible and edible components to describe what we are tasting.
