Bill de Blasio has agreed to go on The Colbert Report on Wednesday

Since riding a wave of liberal support to a blowout victory in the mayor’s race, Bill de Blasio has avoided speaking one on one to a well-known foaming at the mouth conservative. No, not Andrea Peyser, we mean Stephen Colbert. According to Twitter, looks like that’s about to happen though.

Wednesday’s show IS conspicuously guestless at the moment. Hopefully Colbert can get an answer on where all of Mayor Tall’s good garbage is.
