Your neighbors in these new townhouses at Hicks and Lorraine will be low-rise projects and Red Hook Park that, while charming in its way on a Summer Sunday, is a desolate wasteland much of the year. The development also remained unfinished and unworked-on for many months, which can’t say much for the construction quality. Also make sure you take a tour of the local grocery store before you sign that lease.

Someone will certainly rent them though.
