Two words explain this incredible deal: Lorraine Street. Your neighbors in these new townhouses at Hicks and Lorraine will be low-rise projects and Red Hook Park that, while charming in its way on a Summer Sunday, is a desolate wasteland much of the year. The development also remained unfinished and unworked-on for many months, which can't say much for the construction quality. Also make sure you take a tour of the local grocery store before you sign that lease.

Someone will certainly rent them though.

Floor plans and pictures of the apartments themselves (rather than the recycled kitchen and bedroom pictures and a picture of the harbor) would be nice; doesn't seem like a whole lot to ask for new construction being listed by a broker who presumably wants 15%.
